As a Club Manager at BHOUT, you will play a pivotal role in establishing strong relationships with staff and clients while overseeing all aspects of club operations, ensuring that the BHOUT experience is delivered with maximum excellence.
- Maintain the operational control of the BHOUT Club, including inventory management, equipment procurement and facility maintenance;
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance management;
- Cultivate strong relationships with BHOUT clients;
- Create and execute dynamic events and promotions to drive membership growth and retention;
- Deliver 20 hours of group classes every week to enhance client engagement and satisfaction;
- Manage budgets, track club expenses, and report club results.
- Licence to work as a fitness professional in Spain;
- At least 5 years of experience as a fitness instructor;
- Proven experience delivering Group Fitness Classes;
- Proven experience in club management or a similar role;
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Spanish;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are mandatory;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to adapt to and utilize new technologies effectively.
