3. About the Role

We are looking for a Content & Marketing Specialist to play a key role in creating high-quality content and supporting marketing initiatives. This role is essential for crafting compelling brand stories, developing engaging visual and written materials, and ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand & Comms, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and engagement.


4. What You'll Do

Content Creation (Written & Visual)

  • Develop creative and engaging content, including blog articles, website copy, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Create and edit visual content (videos, social media graphics, presentations) aligned with brand identity.
  • Write persuasive and high-impact copy for landing pages, ads, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and user engagement.

Social Media & Digital Content

  • Plan, create, and schedule social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and collaborate with the team to enhance brand presence.
  • Assist in the development of digital storytelling strategies to captivate and grow the audience.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Work with the marketing team on email campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Assist in monitoring performance metrics and providing insights for continuous improvement.


5. What You'll Need

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or similar roles.

Technical Skills

  • Strong writing skills, with experience in copywriting, storytelling, and content strategy.
  • Experience with video editing and design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
  • Understanding of SEO, social media best practices, and digital marketing trends.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, email marketing platforms) is a plus.

Soft Skills

  • Creativity and attention to detail in visual and written content.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Languages

  • You are fluent in both Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus.
