3. About the Role

We are now seeking a passionate Business Developer, whom will report directly to our Head of Clubs, to join our team and drive the growth of our franchising network while actively supporting the identification of prime real estate opportunities for new clubs.


4. What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential investors or partners interested in BHOUT franchising.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings to showcase the benefits of the BHOUT franchising model.
  • Develop and implement expansion strategies in target regions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to signing franchising agreements.
  • Represent BHOUT at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal) to ensure agreements align with company values.
  • Perform market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure the satisfaction and smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
  • Proactively search for and evaluate potential retail and commercial real estate locations for new clubs, both for BHOUT-owned and franchised operations.
  • Collaborate with real estate agencies and brokers to secure prime locations for club openings.
  • Provide guidance to franchisees on site selection, ensuring alignment with BHOUT’s operational and branding standards.


5. What You'll Need

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in franchising or B2B).
  • Strong understanding of real estate, with experience in site scouting and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Strong relationship-building and long-term partnership skills.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel when needed.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the fitness and franchising market.
  • Experience in developing franchising expansion strategies.
  • Established network of contacts in the fitness, wellness, franchising, or real estate sectors.
